1. What documents do I require for renting the item?
- Copy of PAN Card.
- Salary Bank Statement for last 6 months.
- Address Proof: Copy of Rent Agreement/Passport/Voter I card (an affidavit in case none is available).
2. Is there any delivery or pick up charge?
No, there are no deliver or pick-up charges. Moreover Rentickle provides you a relocation option as well absolutely free of any charges.
3. What if the item gets damaged?
All the electronic products offered to you come with manufacturer warranty as defined in your contract. Also, all furniture items rented by us conform to high quality standards and in the unlikely scenario of any manufacturing defect; Rentickle shall repair the same with no additional cost to you, during the period of your contract.
4. What is your Return and Refund policy?
In case any product delivered by Rentickle is found to have manufacturing defect, you shall inmitate us within 3 days of delivery. You can replace OR opt for refund when you return the product(s). Rentickle undertakes to replace the defective product(s) within 7 business days of receipt of information. In case of return, refund shall be processed within 7 business days from the receipt of intimation.

1. Vendor’s responsibilities include:
- Issuing a valid Booking ID (a booking confirmation that will be accepted by the vehicle vendor) for its network of vehicle vendors.
- Providing refund and support in the event of cancellation.
- Providing customer support and information in case of any delays or any other inconvenience.
2. Vendor’s responsibilities do not include:
- Vendor being an aggregator cannot be held responsible if the documents in the vehicle do not satisfy the state laws. And hence, customer shall make sure that the same go in accord with the respective State laws.
- The vehicle vendors employees being rude.
- The vehicle vendor changing the vehicle and providing a different vehicle due to unavoidable reasons.
- The vehicle vendor unable to provide delivery or delay in delivery (if opted) due to unavoidable reasons.
3. Users are required to furnish the following at the time of picking up the vehicle:
- A copy of the booking confirmation mail (Soft copy of the mail would do).
- A valid original identity proof and any other requirements mentioned in the vendor terms and conditions. The same may have to be deposited until return of the vehicle,
- Refundable security deposit mentioned in the mail. Failing to do so, they may not be allowed to pick the vehicle.
- Original Aadhar card is compulsory.
- Customer has to satisfy on the condition of the vehicle before pickup. Vendor will not be liable there after.
- Customer is liable for all road/state Taxes for inter-state trips.
4. Customer needs to verify vehicle documents before accepting vehicle at the time of pickup.
5. Change of vehicle: In case the vehicle vendor changes the type of vehicle due to some reason, Vendor will refund the differential amount to the customer upon being intimated by the customer within 72 hours of start of trip.
6. Delivery of vehicle: In case the user has chosen the option to provide delivery of vehicle at a given location, the vendor would call the user before the ride-start time to confirm the same. However, due to some reason, if the vendor is unable to do so, the user may call the vendor at the number provided in the SMS and email. The payment for delivery of the vehicle has to be made in cash to the vendor at the time of delivery.
7. Any grievances or concerns related to the vehicle booking should be reported to the Vendor support team within 5 days of your trip start date.
8. Security deposit will be refunded in 7 - 10 working days
- Driver needs to present a valid original Driving License at the time of picking up the vehicle. Showing original aadhaar is mandatory at the time of picking up the vehicle Original ID proof (PAN Card, Voters ID, Aadhaar Card or Passport) needs to be submitted at the time of picking up the vehicle.
- Please Note There are no Hidden Costs Fuel is borne by the user 28% GST Applicable on all booking Unlimited Kms can be driven (You can keep the vehicle with you if you are booking for multiple days). There is Rs. 6000-10000 Security Deposit (Refundable)depending on vehicle booked. During peak days price may varies and if booked car model is not available than it will be upgraded.
- In case any customer cancels the order within 24 hours of the delivery by the supplier to the customer, the supplier will charge 100% of the cost as the cacellation charge for such order. However in case of any cancellation which is done more than 24 hours of the delivery by the supplier to the customer, the supplier will only charge 20% of the cost and rest will be refunded back.
