1. What documents do I require for renting the item?
- Copy of PAN Card.
- Salary Bank Statement for last 6 months.
- Address Proof: Copy of Rent Agreement/Passport/Voter I card (an affidavit in case none is available).
- Note: We DO NOT need Aadhar card or OTP for verification
2. Is there any delivery or pick up charge?
No, there are no deliver or pick-up charges. Moreover Rentickle provides you a relocation option as well absolutely free of any charges.
3. What if the item gets damaged?
All the electronic products offered to you come with manufacturer warranty as defined in your contract. Also, all furniture items rented by us conform to high quality standards and in the unlikely scenario of any manufacturing defect; Rentickle shall repair the same with no additional cost to you, during the period of your contract.
4. What is your Return and Refund policy?
In case any product delivered by Rentickle is found to have manufacturing defect, you shall inmitate us within 3 days of delivery. You can replace OR opt for refund when you return the product(s). Rentickle undertakes to replace the defective product(s) within 7 business days of receipt of information. In case of return, refund shall be processed within 7 business days from the receipt of intimation.

Booking with us is very simple. You can book a self-drive bike through Website or App or give us a call at +91-7988658580. You need to select your city going forward with trip start date and time, end date and time and model. Once we receive your payment, we will send confirmation email for your booking.
You need to fill your full name, phone number, email id in addition to uploading of your valid Driving license (should be more than a year old) and two valid Id proof (Passport, Aadhar Card, Voter Id Card) at the time of booking. You need to produce the same original documents at the time of receiving the bike.
Yes, you can create a booking for your friend or a family member. You need to submit your documents in addition to your friend or a family member’s documents. Liability will be borne by the person who is going to collect the bike (Customer name which was written at the time of booking).
Yes, co-passengers also known as additional drivers are allowed to drive the bike during a trip but you need to take written permission through email/message from our support team. There is no charge for this service. If case it was not informed to Rentickle and there is any mis-happening, then entire liability has to be borne by the customer.
The bike can be booked for a period of minimum 1 hour. Charges will be applicable for minimum 24 hours.
You can make a reservation 1 hour in advance to your start time, subject to availability of the bike.
In case you want to pre-pone your start time, you can do the same from App or give a call to our support team (+91-844-701-0555). Amendment will be subject to the availability of the bike. Modification charge will be applicable as per company policy.
- In the case of modification or extension, you can do the same from your mobile App or give a call to our support team (+91-844-701-0555). You can extend your booking before 3 hours of your end time. Extension charges will be applicable as follows:-
- If you don’t extend/modify your booking before 3 hours of your end time, then twice the normal fare will be applicable for the total hour extended by you.
- In case you informed before 3 hours of your end time to our support team, then booking will be extended on below conditions: -
- If the bike is available, then the normal fare will be applicable.
- If the bike is not available, then you will not be able to extend your booking, even if you choose to return the bike late, then Normal charge*2 times will be applicable for total extended hour.
You can return the car early but no refund will be applicable for unutilized hour. You can request for pickup before your end time at our support team (8447010555).
- You can cancel your booking through website, app or support team. Cancellation charges will be applicable as per cancellation policy which is as follows:-
- If Cancellation is done before 48 hours from the booking start time, 20% of the base fare will be charged as cancellation fees (GST will be applicable on base fare).
- If Cancellation is done in less than 48 hours from the booking start time, 50% of the base fare or 1-day Rental (whichever is higher) will be charged as cancellation fees (GST will be applicable on base fare).
- If Booking is cancelled due to violation of policy, Cancellation charge will be applicable as per cancellation Policy (GST will be applicable on base fare).
We try our best to deliver bike on time. In case you don’t receive the bike on time, Please give a call to our Support team (+91-844-701-0555).
Our Vehicles can be driven across Pan India. In case there is any restriction in any area/cities to drive Self drive bikes. Customer are requested to follow guidelines as per the cities and Rentickle is not liable for any booking hour loss due to such restrictions.
All our bikes are having all India permit. However, you are not allowed to take Self-drive bike to other countries including Nepal, Bhutan etc. If the bike is taken outside India without taking approval from Rentickle , then the entire liability will be on the customer till the bike is returned to the same location (where customer has received the bike).
No, you can not return the bike to other locations (within the same city also).
Yes, our support team is available 24*7 for customer queries. Customer can pick car from our hub at any time of the day (24*7) but delivery/pickup from customer location is not possible between 12 AM to 5 AM.
We love pets, however they are not allowed on our vehicles.
You are requested to check the checklist properly before signing at the time of receiving/returning the bike. Any charges will be calculated on the basis of checklist signed by the Renter at the time of receiving the bike and returning the bike. In case, Renter doesn’t sign the checklist, then Renter has needs to pay all the charges levied by Rentickle . An Invoice will be generated within 24 hours after booking end time. Damage charges will be applicable as per the damage sheet which can be found here.
Rentickle provides two types of Plans for Self Drive, i.e., Limited as well as Unlimited. You can drive unlimited KM if you have chosen the unlimited KM plan during booking. In case of Limited KM Plan, there is limit on the free KM per hour (exclusive of fuel) which vary on city to city and model to model.
No, we don’t deliver the bike to your home/hotel address.
Yes, helmet for rider is complimentary with the bike. In addition you can also take an extra helmet by paying additional charge for one more helmet. You can also rent a wide range of accessories like gloves, riding gears, camping tents etc. on additional charges for making your ride perfect.
Rentickle vehicles cannot be used for towing, pushing or propelling another vehicle or object.
Yes, you need to sign a rental agreement and a bike checklist at the time of receiving the bike.
For taking a self drive bike from Rentickle , you should have attained minimum 21 years of age for normal bikes and 23+ years for superbikes and should have at least 1 year of driving experience with valid DL and two ID proof (Aadhaar Card, Election Card, Pan Card or Passport).
You need to have Indian driving license issue by RTO or an International Driver Permit along with driving License (In case you do not have India Driving license).The license should have been issued for the light motor vehicle (bike).
Yes, you are requested to produce original driving license, and two Ids (Aadhaar Card, Election Card or Passport) provided at the time of booking.
In case you are not able to produce your original documents at the time of receiving the bike, your booking will be cancelled and cancellation charges will be applicable as per policy.
Yes, you can change your model depending on the availability. In case of up-gradation to higher model, you need to pay difference amount. You cannot downgrade your model once the booking is confirmed.
Your booking starts from the date and time entered at the time of booking.
You are advised to check all elements which are written in the checklist. We advise you to take picture or video of the bike before signing the checklist. This will help you to overcome any confusion for any damage at the time of pickup.
We have mix variants of gearless and with gear Transmission bikes which depend on Model. Please check this carefully at the time of selecting the model.
- Speed limit differs for all the highways in India. In case there is no limit on any highway, Renter cannot drive for more than 80 Km/hr for bikes upto 150cc, more than 100 Km/hr for bikes upto 500cc and more than 120 Km/hr for bikes more than 500cc. In case speed limit is crossed, it will be treated as over speeding and below penalty will be charged.
- 1st Instance > INR 500 + GOVT. fines (if any) plus expulsion from Rentickle if it happens again in the next booking.
- 2nd Instance > INR 1000 + GOVT. fines (if any) plus expulsion from Rentickle.
- Final Instance > INR 2000 + GOVT. fines (if any) plus expulsion from Rentickle.
The tariff is not inclusive of fuel. We do not provide fuel for the bikes however all bikes will have enough fuel to reach the nearest petrol bunk

No, Smoking and Drinking are not allowed on the self drive bike. In case of any violation, you will be charged as per the Indian Motor vehicle act.
We give clean cars and expect the same from you at the time of return. Uncleansed cars at the time of pickup will be charged Rs.1000 for cleaning.
We give clean bikes and expect the same from you at the time of return. Uncleansed bikes at the time of drop-off will be charged Rs.500 for cleaning.
In case, you left any of your belongings in the bike, please do contact our support team who will try best to recover your belongings.
The rider has to inform the same at the time of receiving the bike if he is intending to go to other states. The rider has to ensure that he takes the necessary approval at the check post and pay the permit fee before he enters the other state. You need to have your original driving license with original bike’s registration book, all India permit, bike fitness, Insurance copy, self drive license copy and Inter-State tax receipt. Please make sure you pay Interstate tax at the border before entering any state. In case, there is any challan on the bike due to non-payment of interstate tax during the hired period. Then, customer will be liable for all the penalties and loss due to challan.
If there is any violation of a traffic rule or any other law such as, overspeeding, jumping a signal, riding with two pillions, riding without a helmet, parking illegally driving in under influence of alcohol etc., Then you have to pay all the fines/penalties. If any case is registered by the police authorities against Rentickle for the rented bike during booking duration, then you have to compensate The Rentickle against all expenses to recover from the case.
Hub details will send on your registered email id 1 hour before the booking start time. In case, you want early information of the hub address or didn't received an email, please write to us at [email protected] or call our support team at +91-844-701-0555.
- In case, bike got breakdown or met with an accident, please be calm and give a call to our support team (+91-844-701-0555). In the case of mechanical breakdown, if replacement can be arranged, the same would be provided. In case it is deemed of getting bike repaired locally by the Customer is the best option, then Rentickle s will authorize you over email, text or WhatsApp to get the bike repaired locally and reimburse repair charges in the final bill. Within city limits, Rentickle s will dispatch mobile maintenance van or replacement bike or both. Rest of the terms as mentioned in the Rental.
- Please do not leave the scene of the accident until proper support has arrived. You may be required to sign several formality documents associated with the accident.
- In case of Accident, Internal or External damage to the car during the return, calculation will be made on the number of estimated days rented due to the car is in workshop or damages up to maximum liability of Rs.30000.00 or security deposit (whichever is higher). The assessment of damage made by Rentickle will be final.
- In case of below situation, you will be liable to pay the damage charges in full.
- When you are found to be under the influence of alcohol/narcotics while driving.
- When you are over-Speeding
- When you are in violation of traffic rules or the motor vehicle Act (for example, if you have not paid the interstate tax while crossing the state border).
- When the number of people in the car at the time of incident exceeds the standard seating capacity of the car.
- When the workshop and/ or insurance company deem the damage to be consequential in nature (this will be stated in the accident report).Consequential damages occur when you continue to drive the vehicle even when it is performing abnormally.
- When there is a misrepresentation of information in the driving license and ID proof details shared by you.
You need to call our support team (8447010555) immediately. In case of theft / total loss of the car during the Hire Period, you shall be liable to bear damages as specified in the Agreement. Damage charges will be applicable in case of theft.applicable in case of theft.
You shall be liable to pay charges as stipulated in the schedule of charges mentioned as part of the Agreement.
Rentickle accepts payment through Credit card, Debit card, Wallet, Net banking and UPI. You are requested to make a payment in advance through app or website or link shared by our support team. We do not accept cash as a mode of payment.
Yes, you need to pay 18% GST.
No, security deposits vary as per the model.
Rentickle will refund the amount in the same account through which customer has made the payment during booking.
Rentickle will release the invoice within 24 hours of the end time of your booking. It usually takes 7-10 working days for a bank to credit the same to your account.

- Booking can be created for minimum 1 hour. Rates will be charged as per the tariff which will be minimum for one day (time will vary as per city)
- In the case of Limited Km, free Km is limited to some fixed KM per hour which varies city to city and model to model. There is no KM limit on unlimited KM Plan.
- Extra KM charges will vary as per the model.
- If Renter didn’t inform Rentickle before 3 hours of his end time. Normal fare*2 times will be applicable for the total hour extended by the Renter.
- In case the Renter informs before 3 hours of his/her end time, then booking will be extended on below conditions :-
- If bike is available, Normal charge will be applicable from the Renter.
- If bike is not available, Normal charge*2 times will be applicable for total extended hour.
- If Renter didn’t turn up till 2 hours from the start of his booking. Booking will be cancelled and cancellation charge will be applicable as per policy.
- In case booking is shortened before 3 hour of start of his booking. 50% of the base fare will be charged for the modified time.
- No Modification will be allowed once booking is started. Customer can return the bike early but no refund will be done.

- In case of Bike model up gradation, renter needs to pay the difference amount for the upgraded model. This can be done till 3 hours before from the start time of the booking (with subject to availability of the car).
- Bike model cannot be downgraded once the booking is confirmed.
- Bike has to be picked up from our hub and return to the same hub
- Renter will satisfy himself/herself of the condition of the bike, registration paper, permits and pollution certificate before the start of the rental and note down any existing damages on the rental agreement.
- In case of Accident, Internal or External damage to the bike during return. This will be calculated on the number of estimated days rental due to bike is in workshop or damages up to maximum liability of Rs.25000 or Insured declared value (whichever is higher).
- For Minor damages, it will be charged on the estimate given by Fleet team.
- In case of below situation, Renter will be liable to pay the damage charges in full.
- When Renter is found to be under the influence of alcohol/narcotics while driving.
- When the Renter is over-Speeding.
- When the Renter is in violation of traffic rules or the motor vehicle Act (for example, if the Renter has not paid the interstate tax while crossing the state border).
- When the number of people on the bike at the time of incident exceeds the standard seating capacity of the bike.
- When the workshop and/ or insurance company deem the damage to be consequential in nature (this will be stated in the accident report). Consequential damages occur when the Renter continues driving the vehicle even when it is performing abnormally.

- Deposit will be taken either by cash, Wallet or can be Pre-Authorized on Credit card (except Amex card) or will be charged from the card at the time of the pickup of vehicle. Credit card should be in the name of Renter.

- Documents required-:A Valid driving license and Any 1 valid Id proof (i.e Aadhaar Card, Passport Or Voter Id). No Colored Copied of any id proof will be entertained.
- Age limit and License-:Minimum age should be 21 years for normal bikes and 23 years for Superbikes and renter must possess a valid driving license held for min 1 year. For International customer, valid International Driving Permit will be required in addition to the original driving license.
- Exclusions-:All Interstate taxes, fuel cost, parking charges, toll taxes, etc. shall be borne by the Renter as per the usage.
- Fuel-:We do not provide fuel for the bikes however all bikes will have enough fuel to reach the nearest petrol bunk.
- Additional Driver-:In case additional Driver is required who is authorized to drive the bike during his journey. Renter needs to inform the same at the time of creating the booking and all his documents needs to be submitted.
- Breakdown-:In case of mechanical Breakdown out of the city limits, Renter will call and inform Rentickle helpline. In case replacement can be provided, the same would be provided. In case it is deemed that getting bike repaired locally by the Renter is the best option, then Rentickle will authorize the renter over email, text or whatsapp to get the bike repaired locally and reimburse repair charges to the customer. Within city limits, Rentickle will dispatch mobile maintenance van or replacement bike or both. Rest of the terms as mentioned in the Rental Agreement.
- Replacements-:In case a bike is taken for maintenance, a replacement vehicle will be provided.
- Taxes:-18% GST on the rental
- One way rental:- One Way rental between cities cannot be provided.
- Taxes:- 18% GST on Self Drive without fuel.

- Customer is not allowed to take Self Drive bike to other countries including Nepal, Bhutan etc. If bike is taken outside India without taking approval from Rentickle, then entire liability will be on customer till the bike is returned.
- If Customer didn’t return the bike on-time, without fuel or with damages etc. Rentickle partner is authorized to deduct the pending amount from his/her account through credit card which was given at the time of picking the bike. Customer will be informed through call/email before deducting the amount from his/her account.
- Rentickle reserves all the rights to deny a vehicle to a person unfit to drive or ineligible to meet the requirements. Rentickle reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any point of time. Renter accepts that in certain circumstances, it will not be possible to provide Renter with a Vehicle or to provide Renter with the Services he/she has reserved. In such circumstances or if we are in breach of this policy or any contract signed between us or for any reason whatsoever, Renter agrees that Rentickle maximum liability for any losses (including any loss of profits, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity) in contract or tort will be limited to the value of the base Vehicle hire charges/fees or security deposit (whichever is low), Renter reserved during the booking confirmation process.
- Rentickle only acts as an aggregator and does not own any Vehicle but the same are owned by Rentickle partner and Rentickle shall not be liable for any claims that may arise to the user while using the Service. Rentickle is not responsible for the behavior, negligence, conduct, actions or inactions on the part of the Rentickle partner that you may avail (through Rentickle or otherwise). If customer has any complaint in relation to the Service provided, then that dispute must be taken up with the Rentickle partner directly
