1. What documents do I require for renting the item?
- Copy of PAN Card.
- Salary Bank Statement for last 6 months.
- Address Proof: Copy of Rent Agreement/Passport/Voter I card (an affidavit in case none is available).
- Note: We DO NOT need Aadhar card or OTP for verification
2. Is there any delivery or pick up charge?
No, there are no deliver or pick-up charges. Moreover Rentickle provides you a relocation option as well absolutely free of any charges.
3. What if the item gets damaged?
All the electronic products offered to you come with manufacturer warranty as defined in your contract. Also, all furniture items rented by us conform to high quality standards and in the unlikely scenario of any manufacturing defect; Rentickle shall repair the same with no additional cost to you, during the period of your contract.
4. What is your Return and Refund policy?
In case any product delivered by Rentickle is found to have manufacturing defect, you shall inmitate us within 3 days of delivery. You can replace OR opt for refund when you return the product(s). Rentickle undertakes to replace the defective product(s) within 7 business days of receipt of information. In case of return, refund shall be processed within 7 business days from the receipt of intimation.

Booking with us is very simple. You can book a self-drive car through Website or App or give us a call at 7988658580. You need to select your trip start date and time, end date and time and model. Once we receive your payment, we will send confirmation email for your booking.
You need to fill your full name, phone number, email id in addition to uploading of your valid Driving license (should be more than a year old ) and two valid Id proof (Passport, Aadhar Card, or Pan Card) at the time of booking. You need to produce the same original documents at the time of receiving the car.
Yes, you can create a booking for your friend or a family member. You need to submit your documents in addition to your friend or a family member’s documents. Liability will be borne by the person who is going to collect the car (Customer name which was written at the time of booking).
Yes, co-passengers also known as additional drivers are allowed to drive the car during a trip but you need to take written permission through email/message from our support team. There is no charge for this service. If case it was not informed to Rentickle and there is any mis-happening, then entire liability has to be borne by the customer.
The car can be booked for a period of minimum 24 hours.
You can make a reservation 24 hrs in advance to your start time, subject to availability of the car.
In case you want to pre-pone your start time, you can do the same from App, Website or give a call to our support team (8447010555). Amendment will be subject to the availability of the car. Modification charges will be applicable as per company policy.
- In the case of modification or extension, you can do the same from your mobile App, Website or give a call to our support team (8447010555). You can extend your booking before 3 hours of your end time. Extension charges will be applicable as follows:-
- If you don’t extend/modify your booking before 3hours of your end time, then twice the normal fare will be applicable for the total hour extended by you.
- In case you informed before 3 hours of your end time to our support team, then booking will be extended on below conditions : -
- If the car is available, then the normal charge will be applicable
- If the car is not available, then you will not be able to extend your booking, even if you choose to return the car late, then Normal charge*2 times will be applicable for total extended hour.
You can return the car early but no refund will be applicable for unutilized hour. You can request for pickup before your end time at our support team (8447010555).
- You can cancel your booking through website, app or support team. Cancellation charges will be applicable as per cancellation policy which is as follows:-
- If Cancellation is done before 24 hours from the booking start time, 10% of the base fare will be charged as cancellation fees (GST will be applicable on total base fare)
- If Cancellation is done in less than 24 hours from the booking start time, 50% of the base fare or 1-day Rental (whichever is higher) will be charged as cancellation fees (GST will be applicable on total base fare)
- If Booking is cancelled due to violation of policy, then 10% of the base fare will be charged as cancellation fees (GST will be applicable on total base fare)

Our vehicles are not allowed to be driven in off-road conditions (sandy, rocky terrain, Ladakh, Jammu Kashmir, Sand dunes, Badrinath, Kedarnath etc). In case, they are taken on such conditions without information, security amount shall be forfeited in full and 2 times of the base fare will be charged from customer.
All our cars are having all India permit. However, you are not allowed to take Self-drive car to other countries including Nepal, Bhutan etc. If the car is taken outside India without taking approval from Rentickle, then the entire liability will be on the customer till the car is returned to the same location (where customer has received the car).
Yes, you can return the car to other locations (within the same city) but that has to be informed at the time of booking. The location should be within our serviceable area.
In case you want to return outside the serviceable area, then the actual cost of bringing the car to the respective hub along with Rs.2000.00, plus an hourly rate for the extended hour with late charges and fuel charges will be charged till the car is received by the respective hub.
Yes, our support team is available 24*7 for customer queries. Customer can pick car from our hub at any time of the day (24*7) but delivery/pickup from customer location is not possible between 12 AM to 5 AM.
We love pets, however they are not allowed inside our vehicle.
You are requested to check the checklist properly before signing at the time of receiving/returning the car. Any charges will be calculated on the basis of checklist signed by the Renter at the time of receiving the car and returning the car. In case, Renter doesn’t sign the checklist, then Renter needs to pay all the charges levied by Rentickle. An Invoice will be generated within 24 hours after booking end time. Damage charges will be applicable as per the maintenance team.
Rentickle provides two types of Plans for Self Drive, i.e., Limited as well as Unlimited. You can drive unlimited KM if you have chosen the unlimited KM plan during booking. In case of Limited KM Plan, there is limit on the free KM per hour (exclusive of fuel) which vary on city to city and model to model.
Yes, we deliver the car to your home/hotel address (within the serviceable area). Nominal delivery/pickup charges will be applicable. Fuel and KM will be applicable from the hub from where the car is dispatached.
Yes, you need to sign a rental agreement and a car checklist at the time of receiving the car.
For taking a self drive car from Rentickle, you should have attained minimum 23 years of age and should have at least 1 year of driving experience with valid DL and two ID proof (Aadhar Card, Pan Card or Passport).
You need to have Indian driving license issue by RTO or an International Driver Permit along with driving License (In case you do not have India Driving license).The license should have been issued for the light motor vehicle (car).
Yes, you are requested to produce original driving license, and two Ids (Aadhar Card, Pan Card or Passport) provided at the time of booking.
In case you are not able to produce your original documents at the time of receiving the car, your booking will be cancelled and cancellation charges will be applicable as per policy.
Yes, you can change your model depending on the availability. In case of up-gradation to higher model, you need to pay difference amount. You cannot downgrade your model once the booking is confirmed.
Your booking starts from the date and time entered at the time of booking. In case of home delivery or pickup, start KM, fuel and time will be calculated from our garage back to our garage.
You are advised to check all elements which are written in the checklist. We advise you to take picture or video of the car before signing the checklist. This will help you to overcome any confusion for any damage at the time of pickup.
We have mix variants of manual and automatic Transmission cars which depend on Model. Please check this carefully at the time of selecting the model.
- Speed limit differs for all the highways in India. In case there is no limit on any highway, Renter cannot drive for more than 120 Km/hr. In case speed limit is crossed, it will be treated as over speeding and below penalty will be charged.
- 1st Instance > 120km/hr or Highway speed limit. - INR 2500 + GOVT. fines (if any) plus expulsion from Rentickle if it happens again in the next booking.
- 2nd Instance > 120km/hr or Highway speed limit - INR 2500 + GOVT. fines (if any) plus expulsion from Rentickle.
- >= 130 km/hr or Highway speed limit. - INR 2500 + GOVT. fines (if any) plus expulsion from Rentickle.
Rentickle provides the car with some fuel in tank and accepts the same amount of fuel when the product is retured. In case, you do not return the car with the same amount of fuel, then fuel charges will be charged from your security/collected at the time of return for the exact fuel filled in the car to match with the fuel percentage at the time of delivery. GST will be applicable on the refuel amount.

No, Smoking and Drinking are not allowed inside the self drive car. In case of any violation, you will be charged as per the Indian Motor vehicle act.
We give clean cars and expect the same from you at the time of return. Uncleansed cars at the time of pickup will be charged Rs.1000 for cleaning.
In case, you left any of your belongings in the car, please do contact our support team who will try best to recover your belongings.
You need to have your original driving license with original car’s registration book, all India permit, car fitness, Insurance copy, self drive license copy and Inter-State tax receipt. Please make sure you pay Interstate tax at the border before entering any state.
- In case, car got breakdown or met with an accident, please be calm and give a call to our support team (8447010555). In the case of mechanical breakdown, if replacement can be arranged, the same would be provided. In case it is deemed of getting car repaired locally by the Customer is the best option, then Rentickles will authorize you over email, text or WhatsApp to get the car repaired locally and reimburse repair charges in the final bill. Within city limits, Rentickles will dispatch mobile maintenance van or replacement car or both. Rest of the terms as mentioned in the Rental.
- Please do not leave the scene of the accident until proper support has arrived. You may be required to sign several formality documents associated with the accident.
- In case of Accident, Internal or External damage to the car during the return, calculation will be made on the number of estimated days rented due to the car is in workshop or damages up to maximum liability of Rs.30000.00 or security deposit (whichever is higher). The assessment of damage made by Rentickle will be final.
- In case of below situation, you will be liable to pay the damage charges in full.
- When you are found to be under the influence of alcohol/narcotics while driving.
- When you are over-Speeding
- When you are in violation of traffic rules or the motor vehicle Act (for example, if you have not paid the interstate tax while crossing the state border).
- When the number of people in the car at the time of incident exceeds the standard seating capacity of the car.
- When the workshop and/ or insurance company deem the damage to be consequential in nature (this will be stated in the accident report).Consequential damages occur when you continue to drive the vehicle even when it is performing abnormally.
- When there is a misrepresentation of information in the driving license and ID proof details shared by you.
You need to call our support team (8447010555) immediately. In case of theft / total loss of the car during the Hire Period, you shall be liable to bear damages as specified in the Agreement. Damage charges will be applicable in case of theft.applicable in case of theft.
You shall be liable to pay charges as stipulated in the schedule of charges mentioned as part of the Agreement.
Rentickle accepts payment through Credit card, Debit card, Wallet, Net banking and UPI. You are requested to make a payment in advance through app or website or link shared by our support team. We do not accept cash as a mode of payment.
Yes, you need to pay 18% GST.
No, security deposits vary as per the model.
Rentickle will refund the amount in the same account through which customer has made the payment during booking.
Rentickle will release the invoice within 24 hours of the end time of your booking. It usually takes 7-10 working days for a bank to credit the same to your account.
An invoice will be emailed to your registered email id.

- Booking can be created for minimum 24 hours. Rates will be charged as per the tariff.
- In the case of Limited Km, free Km is limited to 10 Km per hour.Any extra hour usage, 10 Km per hour would be given free.There is no KM limit on unlimited KM Plan.
- Extra KM charges will vary as per the model.
- If the Renter does not turn up till 2 hours from the start of his booking, the booking will be cancelled and cancellation charges will be applicable as per the policy.
- Renter can extend his booking before 3 hours of end time (subject to availability of the car).
- If Renter doesn’t inform Rentickle before 3 hours of his/her booking end time, normal fare*2 times will be applicable for the total hour extended by the Renter.Charges will be applicable as per the plan opted by the Renter at the time of booking.
- In case the Renter informs before 3 hours of his/her end time, then booking will be extended on below conditions :-
- If the car is available,then the normal charge will be applicable from the Renter.
- If the car is not available, then you will not be able to extend your booking, even if you choose to return the car late, then Normal charge*2 times will be applicable for total extended hour.
- In case the booking is shortened before 3 hours of the start time of his booking, 50% of the base fare will be charged for the modified time.
- No Modification for shortening of booking will be allowed once booking is started. Renter can return the car early but no refund will be done.
- If Cancellation is done before 24 hours from the booking start time, 10% of the base fare will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If Cancellation is done in less than 24 hours from the booking start time, 50% of the base fare or 1-day Rental (whichever is higher) will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If Booking is cancelled due to violation of policy, then 10% of the base fare will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In case of car model up gradation, renter needs to pay the difference amount for the upgraded model. This can be done till 3 hours before from the start time of the booking (with subject to availability of the car).
- Car model cannot be downgraded once the booking is confirmed.
- Renter needs to check the condition of the car, registration paper, permits and pollution certificate before receiving the car and note down any discrimination on the checklist & agreement.Unless specified by the Renter in the checklist and agreed by the renter, it will be considered that car is delivered in a good condition.
- In case of Accident,Internal or External damage to the car at the time of return, this will be calculated on the number of estimated days for the car is in workshop or damages, then there will be up to maximum liability of Rs.25000.00 or security deposit (whichever is higher).
- For Minor damages, it will be charged on the estimation given by fleet/maintenance team.
- In case of below situation, Renter will be liable to pay the damage charges in full,
- When Renter is found to be under the influence of alcohol/narcotics while driving.
- When the Renter is over-speeding.

- Car has to be picked up from our garage and return to the same garage. In case, Renter needs delivery of the car at his convenient location within a city, he needs to pay Rs.300 for each pickup/collection.
- Start time, fuel and KM will be calculated from Garage or till garage during pickup/return.
- Delivery & pickup charges of Rs.300 respectively is capped to 15 KM from hub location. In case, Delivery or pickup address location is more than 15 KM away from the hub location, then Rs.20 per km will be charged for extra KM on and above 15 KM.

- The daily billing cycle starts from 9 am and ends at 9 am the next day.
- Irrespective of time of day the vehicle is picked up by you on day 1, one billing day is completed at 9 am the next day.
- If you return the car late which is beyond 9 AM of the day, then full day rental will be deducted from security amount.
- The car is for use only within the state of Goa only.
- Rentickle will collect security from customer. If any damages exceed security amount, then concerned person will collect the same at the time of return.
- Cars can be delivered and collected to/from your specified location at your specified time which will be charged Rs.750 for delivery and Rs.750 for pickup respectively.
- Customer need to produce/keep one of the following original ID : either PAN card, Aadhar, voter’s card, passport in addition to an attested Xerox copy of driving license at the time of receiving the car.

- KM plan for Goa :-
- For 1 day booking, unlimited or Limited Plan will be converted to 150 KM for the entire day. Extra KM charge of Rs.18 per KM will be applicable for addition KM on and above 150 KM for 24 hour booking.
- For more than 1 day booking, Unlimited KM/Limited KM Plan will be applicable as per website.
- Some sufficient fuel will be provided. Customer will have to ensure that the car is returned with the same amount of fuel. However, fuel more than what was originally will not be refunded.
- The kilometer and fuel count will start from garage and will end at garage.
- The customer should not book the hotel in Club Mahindra and Emerald Palm, Varca.
- In case car got breakdown or met with an accident, please be calm and give a call to our support team (+91-9773-881-881). In the case of mechanical breakdown, if replacement can be arranged, the same would be provided. In case it is deemed of getting car repaired locally by the Customer is the best option, then Rentickle will authorize you over email, text or WhatsApp to get the car repaired locally and reimburse repair charges in the final bill. - Documents required-:Copy of Valid driving license and a copy of any two valid Id proof (Aadhar, Passport, Voter Id or Pan card).
- Age limit and License-:Minimum age should be 23 years and Renter must possess a valid driving license held for minimum 1 year.
- Exclusions-:All Interstate taxes, fuel cost, parking charges, toll taxes, etc. shall be borne by the Renter as per the usage.
- Delivery and Collection-:Car has to be picked up from our garage and return to the same garage. In case, Renter needs delivery of the car at his convenient location within a city (Max 15 Kms from Dispatch location and Additional Kms will be charged for Rs.20/Km), he needs to pay Rs.300 for each pickup/collection. Start time, fuel and KM will be calculated from Garage or till garage during pickup/return.
- Fuel-:Car will be given with Full tank and Renter has to return the car with Full Tank. In case the Renter does not return the car with a full tank, then balance to full tank fuel cost will be deducted from the Renter security/collected at the time of return.
- Additional Driver-:In case additional Driver is required who is authorized to drive the car during his journey,Renter needs to inform the same at the time of the booking and all his documents needs to be submitted.
- Breakdown-:In case of mechanical Breakdown out of the city limits, Renter will call and inform Rentickle support team. Incase, replacement is needed, the same will be provided to the Renter. In case, it is deemed that getting car repaired locally by the Renter is the best option, then Rentickle will authorize the renter over email, text or whatsapp to get the car repaired locally and reimburse repair charges to the Renter. Within city limits, Rentickle will dispatch mobile maintenance van or replacement car or both. Rest of the terms are mentioned in the Rental Agreement.
- Replacements-:In case a car is taken for maintenance (not in case of accidental), a replacement vehicle will be provided.
- Taxes:-18% GST on the rental
- Chauffuer:- The Chauffeur can be provided if required from customer with additional charges. Boarding and lodging of the chauffeur will be provided by the renter.
- Color of Car:- Rentickle doesn’t guarantee for color of the car which is shown on the website. Car model color on the website are for display purpose only

- Rentickle reserves all the rights to deny a vehicle to a person unfit to drive or ineligible to meet the requirements. Rentickle reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any stpoint of time.Renter accepts that in certain circumstances, it will not be possible to provide Renter with a Vehicle or to provide Renter with the Services he/she has reserved. In such circumances or if we are in breach of this policy or any contract signed between us or for any reason whatsoever, Renter agrees that Rentickle ’s maximum liability for any losses (including any loss of profits, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity) in contract or tort will be limited to the value of the base Vehicle hire charges/fees or security deposit (whichever is low), Renter reserved during the booking confirmation process.
- Rentickle only acts as an aggregator and does not own any Vehicle but the same are owned by Rentickle 's partner and Rentickle shall not be liable for any claims that may arise to the Renter while using the Service. Rentickle is not responsible for the behavior, negligence, conduct, actions or inactions on the part of the Rentickle 's partner that you may avail (through Rentickle or otherwise). If customer has any complaint in relation to the Service provided, then that dispute must be taken up with the Rentickle's partner directly.
