1. What documents do I require for renting the item?
- Copy of PAN Card.
- Salary Bank Statement for last 6 months.
- Address Proof: Copy of Rent Agreement/Passport/Voter I card (an affidavit in case none is available).
- Note: We DO NOT need Aadhar card or OTP for verification
2. Is there any delivery or pick up charge?
No, there are no deliver or pick-up charges. Moreover Rentickle provides you a relocation option as well absolutely free of any charges.
3. What if the item gets damaged?
All the electronic products offered to you come with manufacturer warranty as defined in your contract. Also, all furniture items rented by us conform to high quality standards and in the unlikely scenario of any manufacturing defect; Rentickle shall repair the same with no additional cost to you, during the period of your contract.
4. What is your Return and Refund policy?
In case any product delivered by Rentickle is found to have manufacturing defect, you shall inmitate us within 3 days of delivery. You can replace OR opt for refund when you return the product(s). Rentickle undertakes to replace the defective product(s) within 7 business days of receipt of information. In case of return, refund shall be processed within 7 business days from the receipt of intimation.

The contract has a lock-in period that is equivalent to the tenure of the contract that is agreed by the lessee in the contract at the time of ordering. In case of early termination, the lessee can request for closing the order by informing VENDOR 2 weeks prior to the tenure closing date.. If the customer is renting a product for 12 months and returning the same in 4 months He or she will be charged according to the 3-month rental.
The parties to this agreement are lessor and lessee,where Vendor is the lessor and the customer is the lessee.The terms of the rental agreement are as follows:-
The rent for each product has to be paid in advance.The payment mode will be online.The shipping charges would be added according to the locality.Billing Cycle is 1st to last day of the month.Lessee will receive e-mail reminders on their registered id on the 2nd of every month.The first month rent would be calculated according to the pro-data basis from the date of delivery until the last date of the month.Late fees are levied on the rental due amount only.
Customers are requested to inform VENDOR 2 weeks prior to the contract closing date for contract termination and reverse pick up of products.Upon any delay the customer would be liable to pay the due amount for product usage. Refundable deposit does not include any monthly rent.It is simply the security deposit which takes care of the damages(if any) and any default in payments.
Please note that the lessor has the right to physically remove the rented item in the event of default on monthly payments if not paid within 2 weeks of the due date.
The lessee or his/her representative has to be present at the agreed date & time.Delivered items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or non-functional.Once received by the lessee or his/her representative at the time of delivery, the items cannot be returned/replaced before completion of the tenure.Though we conduct detailed quality checks before delivery,the lessee is expected to check if there are any damages at the time of delivery and report the same to representative of lessor and photos shall be captured of the same.
One Signed copy of the contract is to be kept by each party.Photos of the lessee will be taken with the items delivered for our records.Please note that the lessee should ensure the entry of delivery vehicle inside the premises.Additionaly,lessee has to arrange for the permission to use the elevator.In case an elevator isn’t available at the time of delivery location,there will be labor charge involved for picking and conveying the items via stairs.The charges will be discussed with the lessee while scheduling the delivery.In case the lessee does not want to pay the labor charges to us,paid labor can be arranged by the lessee.However,we will ensure that our delivery executive is present through the entire process for smooth delivery and installation.
The parties to this agreement are lessor and lessee,where Vendor is the lessor and the customer is the lessee.The terms of the rental agreement are as follows:-
The lessee needs to inform the lessor 2 weeks (in case the tenure is 1 month onwards) prior to the end of the contract if he wishes to extend or end the contract.The lessor will send across a notification regarding the same as well.Pick-up date and time will be mutually decided by the lessee and lessor.The lessee needs to be present at the agreed date and time.If a “mutually scheduled” delivery needs to be rescheduled due to non availability of the lessee,additional logistics costs incurred will be charged to the lessee.Photos taken at the time of delivery will be matched to ascertain damages if any.If damages are identified,we advice lessee to take photographs for reference.
The lessee agrees to pay for any damage to, loss of, or any theft (disappearance) of items, regardless of cause or fault.Item damaged beyond repair will be paid for at its Market Price.
- The representative shall check all items and in order to ascertain any damage to the items.
Damage shall be defined as follows:
- Minor scratches will be ignored as they are considered ‘normal wear and tear’.
- Any damage which is a result of raw material or manufacturing defects will not be chargeable to the lessee.
- Any damage that results in the product being unusable will result in the value of the product being charged to the lessee.
- The extent of damage will be ascertained by comparing against the quality control document signed by the lessee and the photographs taken on delivery and return pickup day.
- Any variation showing damages, if ascertained as not caused by normal wear and tear, will be charged and would have to be borne by the lessee.
- A QC report stating the damages if any or a clean chit will be created on the spot (during return pick up) and a copy of the same will be handed over to the lessee within 48 hours of pick-up of the products.
The parties to this agreement are the lessor and the lessee where Vendor is the lessor & the customer is the lessee. The terms of the rental agreement are as follows:
- If a clean chit is provided on the basis of QC report and the lessee has cleared all dues, the entire refundable deposit will be credited to the account of the lessee without any interest within 7 working days. Please make sure that the account details for the transfer are shared with the lessor.
- In case of damage, the products will undergo further inspection at the lessor’s premises to ascertain the extent of damage and related costs. This damage cost will be mitigated from the refundable deposit paid by the lessee.
- Refund amount will be transferred to account from where initial deposit was received. In case the lessee needs the money to be transferred to different account, an application email listing alternate account details will need to be emailed by the lessee from the registered email id through which the order was placed. This confirmation will be also taken in writing at the time of reverse pick up after which the lessor will not be held liable for any further claims.
The parties to this agreement are the lessor and the lessee where Vendor is the lessor & the customer is the lessee. The terms of the rental agreement are as follows:
- Maintenance of electronic appliances will be taken care of by the lessor for the entire tenure of the contract. This does not cover damages or breakdowns due to mishandling.
- Such issues will be addressed & resolved within 1 week after notifying our Customer Support team. In case the issue is not resolved within 1 week, the lessee will not be liable to pay rent for the down time period.
The parties to this agreement are the lessor and the lessee where Vendor is the lessor & the customer is the lessee. The terms of the rental agreement are as follows:
- Vendor reserves the right to cancel the orders completely or partially without prior information & in such scenarios the complete deposit amount paid will be refunded within 7 working days.
- Any current/future orders placed by the lessor has no connection with any of his/her previous orders.
- There is no cancellation charges, if customer cancels the orders after placing an order to Vendor.
- Customer can return till next day 12pm, later on full day rental will be charged.
