1. Executive Customer Support (Gurgaon- 1 position)

Responsibilities:

Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all
times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements:

6 months to 1 year experience in sales profile
Male candidates preferred
Incentive and Target based
Excellent communication skills

2. Executive Sales (Gurgaon- 2 position)

Responsibilities:

Calling the potential leads and converting them into customers.
Reach, and set up new sales distribution channels.
Meeting the target requirements
Managing existing relationships

Requirements:

6 months to 1 year experience in sales profile
Male candidates preferred
Incentive and Target based
Excellent communication skills
Preferably from Gurgaon

3. 3D- Designer

Responsibilities:

Working closely with the Digital Marketing team to understand the design needs
Creating and editing Product videos, motion graphics and graphics/collaterals for all
digital and offline medias.
Create excellent 3D designs to showcase on social media and other marketing platforms
Work with a wide range of products and media
Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas

Requirements:

Proven 3ds max, V-ray, Keyshot, After Effects and Premier, Indesign, Photoshop,
Illustrator designing experience.
Additional knowledge of tools like ZBrush, Mudbox, Cinema 4d is good to have but is
not mandatory.
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
Highly proficient in all design aspects
Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
